Nice systems thinking on org culture! I look forward to you exploring the relationships further. AND I really appreciate you posting late night thoughts like these - if we wait to share thoughts until they are fully polished all the good gold nuggets may have dissapeared. AND original content is impressive as it totally scares me so I default to quoting other people. AND I like visuals :)
